Perchyonaya Rediska provides repair services for homes and businesses across the United Kingdom, including but not limited to:

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. We may also withdraw or amend the Services we provide without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason our Services are unavailable at any time or for any period.

3. Appointments and Scheduling

When you schedule a service appointment, we will make every reasonable effort to arrive at the scheduled time. However, due to the nature of repair work, we cannot guarantee exact arrival times, as previous jobs may sometimes take longer than expected.

For standard service appointments, we typically offer a 2-hour arrival window. For emergency services, we aim to respond as quickly as possible, typically within 1-2 hours depending on your location.

You are responsible for ensuring that someone over the age of 18 is present at the property during the scheduled appointment time. If our technician arrives during the scheduled window and no one is available to grant access, a cancellation fee may apply.

4. Payment Terms

Our standard payment terms are as follows:

  • A diagnostic fee applies to all service calls to identify the issue. This fee is waived if you proceed with the recommended repair.
  • Before any work begins, we will provide you with a quote for the repair, including parts and labor.
  • Payment is due upon completion of services, unless prior arrangements have been made.
  • We accept all major credit and debit cards, cash, and bank transfers.
  • For larger jobs, we may require a deposit before work begins.

All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any quote provided to you will be honored for 14 days from the date of issue.

5. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee equal to our standard diagnostic fee.
  • If our technician arrives at your property and you decide not to proceed with the repair after receiving the diagnosis and quote, the diagnostic fee will still apply.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to inclement weather, technician illness, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible in such cases.

6. Warranty Policy

All repairs performed by Perchyonaya Rediska come with a 12-month warranty covering parts and labor, subject to the following conditions:

  • The warranty applies only to the specific components repaired or replaced by our technicians.
  • The warranty is void if repairs have been attempted by anyone other than our authorized technicians during the warranty period.
  • The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or acts of nature.
  • The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear.
  • To make a warranty claim, please contact us as soon as you notice an issue with the previously repaired item.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary depending on your location within the UK.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Perchyonaya Rediska shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  1. Your use or inability to use our Services or Website;
  2. Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein;
  3. Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our Website;
  4. Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Website by any third party;
  5. Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Website or Services.

Our total liability to you for any damages or losses shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us for the Services provided in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
